I did my research before choosing pipe it right. I found this company professional and reasonable responsibility. Especially the re pipe. Main leader Mr. Albert in very knowledgeable and customer sense oriented. I like his professional knowledge and his friendly dealing.

Overall, the team did a great job! The supervisor asked the right question, figured out what I wanted and went right to work. Areas of concern included the following. The crew made no effort to contact me about the work when it was done. I was unable to check the work before they left 2, the crew left tape and plastic on my walls on ceiling. Overall great job.

Pipe it Right plumbers were efficient and precise with their work. They finished their job in the time provided and followed up when we needed some pipe work done in our bathroom. They are fantastic. Albert and his team did a great job at our house. 

We were pleased with the work. The crew did the great job in covering all work area and limited the mess the patch up work after was also done very well. In all I am very please with the work customer service was very professional and helpful.

Had an urgent need to get a slab leak fixed and called Pipe it Right for an estimate on a Friday. They came out within an hour to give the estimate. Their quote was significantly better than any we had for the job. When we agreed to their work they had guys out on the job the next day, a Saturday no less, and had us fixed in about 90 minutes. Great service, awesome communication and super clean work. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a residential plumber.

Re-piping procedure was done professionally and in timely manner had a minor leak after the job was done, but it was fixed the right next morning. Great customer after service. Re patching crew was great as well. Only thing was that some of the areas were not thoroughly cleaned.

And If I may suggest, it will be great to have painting crew after the patching. I have been trying to get painters and isa hassle and the price is ridiculously high. It would be wise if you can offer a completed package including paint finish job.

Pipe-it-Right did a great job on a major effort to re-pipe my house. I was impressed that they finished the job in one day! In addition, I was very pleased that they did not have to cut through any of my tile in the bathrooms and kitchen. I have tile everywhere. They came back several times to make minor adjustments at my request and were very conscientious about ensuring my satisfaction. I enthusiastically recommend them.

After receiving four plumbing contractor bids to re-pipe our home with copper pipe, Pipe it right was the most reasonable and they included drywall patching. Cynithia was very accommodating and handled the scheduled professionally and promptly. Albert and his team finished re-piping in 2 days. After the city building inspection of the plumbing the drywall patching team arrived the next day and finished in half a day. The patching team crew arrived promptly at 8:00am and did a great job! I am happy I chose pipe it right to re-pipe from PEXPIPE To copper.

Albert and his crew were amazing. They explained every step that they were going to do and explained why it had to be done. Albert also explained the different hose valves and connector and their functions. The crew took time out to make sure the floor were covered and did a really good job of cleaning up afterward, I would highly recommend their services to all my friends.
